Cryptid: Emoula noutoka by kaijulord21 Cryptid: Emoula noutoka by kaijulord21
A living descendant of the great ceratopsian dinosaurs, it has lost its neck frill as it has no enemies upon maturity.

Hates Elephants and hippopotami

a little larger than a rhino

Hey like your design. Like you I drew it as an evolved ceratopsian.

It's spelled ''Emela Ntouka''.

Cool picture though.

Cool. I'm getting a legendary tarrasque vibe from this thing. Looks awesome anyway.

Interesting approach. I like how it's not entirely ceratopsian. Having no natural enemies means there's little need for that frill. It also isn't cluttered with things that never matched its description, so it actually feels fairly believable - something I think is important for cryptids.

another thing is that, being the sole surviving ceratopsians, they don't need the frill to distinguish between them and other species...anyway, one of my favorite cryptids, and a really nice design

Meh... I never bought that whole "species dimorphism" bullshit. That's a Jack Horner theory, and everyone knows he just goes out of his way to make all the other dinosaurs seem lame so his precious hadrosaurs seem cooler by comparison.

Jack Horner is a dippwad who knows nothing about animals either past or present

It seems to have developed some semi-mammalian features over time.
