In 1974, an ancient temple was uncovered in southern Japan, buried for eons the pyramid like building was home to a small idol of a leonine beast and on the walls were the following translated from hieroglyphics,"A monster will arise to destroy the people of the world, when a mountain floats amid the clouds. When the red moon sets and the sun rises in the west this idol placed on the shrine of the izumi family, great king Ceasar will come along side another monster and save the people". The prophecy proved disturbingly accurate as the world was stunned to see "Godzilla" chrage from under the mount Fugi area and begin a rampage toward Tokyo, but as he neared the city Angilas and Baragon rose from the ground knowing full well this was not their friend and ruthlessly attacked the creature ripping off parts of its skin revealing a shiny metal underneath, in turn the impostor mercilessly broke Angilas' jaw and Baragon's leg forcing the two megadinosaurs to flee back to monster island. The impostor to Godzilla soon made it to Tokyo and began to systematically demolish the city until the real Godzilla arrived. His cover blown Mechagodzilla made himself known to the world, the brain child of the ruthless ape people the Simeons whose purpose was to enslve humanity and conquer the earth, but Godzilla was the only thing in their way and Mechagodzilla would deal with him. At firstt the battle seemed to be at a stalemate but as the beams exuded by the twin titans collided Godzilla was thrown back into the sea bleeding and Mechagodzilla was damaged and returned to his HQ. While Godzilla recovered and his machine double was repaired and sent to destroy the world several humans awoke King Ceasar who heroically fought the evil machine but was soon outmatched by the high tech fiend and was about to meet his end until Godzilla rose from the sea and together the two earth monsters were able to destroy Mechagodzilla. Mechagodzilla would be rebuilt by the Simeons in 1992 and have the backup of a new megadinosaur and Godzilla and King Ceasar would again defeat the machine monster, Mechagodzilla would become the right hand kaiju to Spacegodzilla and aquire a sentience all his own and bear a grudge throughout his exsistance against Ceasar and Kiryu and a certain aquatic dinosaur.
