AKA: Dora Sphinx

Long has the icon of the sphinx been associated with puzzling riddles and perplexing problems, but in the fall of 1992 it would be associated with FEAR. Finster had created a savage monster named king sphinx who imprisoned children who failed to answer his riddles, in trees. but soon the power rangers were on the scene to stop the diabolical acts. King Sphinx proved to be a ferocious fighter, but when GOLDAR arrived on the scene to aid his feline ally, things went very bad very quick, and worse when Rita increased the size of her kaiju soldiers and a terrible battle between them erupted in which King Sphinx and Goldar seemed to have the advantage until the red ranger tricked King Sphinx into revealing the secret of his power, the cobra on his headdress and with a mighty swing the power sword loped it of and another blow destroyed King Sphinx.
