Long after Rita Repulsa's imprisonment by the Power Rangers, some of her servants remained and sought to carry out her evil agendas, Madame Woe was one such creature. A mystery to her origin, Madame woe resembles a giant porcelain doll, she may have been created by finster or was just an evil being who joined Rita.
Her story starts after the destruction of Atlantis by BATTRA, here she came across a minor water elemental, though minor compared to others of her kind she still had the ability to destroy a coastline easy, and transformed her into a blue gem and placed it on her crown, however the water's sister the Earth elemental attacked but Woe encased her too in a gem where'd she remain til 1992, when the she would come into the possession of a little girl whose sister was taken along with several other children in order to increase the power of the blue gem to flood the world. The Power Rangers were not about to let this happen and fought Madame Woe but she transformed four of the five warriors into liquid and bottled them up, so it was now up to the little girl and the Blue Tricera ranger to stop the nightmare queen, but the battle seemed to be going in Woe's favor til the earth elemental freed herself and the water elemental from their prison and greatly weakened Madame Woe and free her prisoners, and then the rangers brought together the power blaster and destroyed Woe forever.
